Demolition, site clearance, asbestos removal and ground preparation works to sites at (i) Medina Avenue, Newport ; (ii) New Street, Newport; and (iii) Lowtherville, Ventnor, Isle of Wight. The RFQ is divided into three Lots. Potential Suppliers can bid for any combination of Lots (one or more). Additional information: Please note that the initial term(s) of the contract(s) is 6 months but there is the facility for extending for up to a further 6 months. The value is for the full potential duration (6 months initial term and up to a further potential 6 months). 28/03/24 PLEASE NOTE: This has changed to "The term of the contract is expected to be 1 May 2024 until 31 October 2024 (6 months).
