Tender description

The Scottish Government Legal Directorate has a requirement to place two contracts with external legal service providers for the provision of debt recovery legal services. The primary service provider will be the exclusive provider of the services except in circumstances where they cannot act for Scottish Ministers for any reason, including but not limited to a real, perceived or apparent conflict of interest. In such circumstances the reserve service provider will undertake the required debt recovery services. The purpose of this notice is to provide details of the direct contract award for Legal Services Debt Recovery to Anderson Strathern LLP (the primary service provider) and Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP (the reserve service provider).
