This procurement was conducted in accordance with the direct award process C (Part 2 (9)) of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Service in scope. Contains multiple elements under single contract (Mixed Procurement) Meets test for PSR. Term of existing contract to expire. University Hospitals Plymouth Trust is satisfying the existing contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard, operating in collaboration with its specified partners. Following publication of this Intention to Award Notice an 8 working day standstill will be observed in accordance with Part 2 (12) of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
