London Borough of Barnet is looking to appoint consultants to produce an evidence-based Town Centre Needs Assessment and Strategy for North Finchley, one of the borough's most strategically important town centres. The appointment will be for a fixed term of 14 weeks envisaged to commence w/c 13th May 2024, setting out specific defined deliverable within that timeframe.
