SuperTech has a focus on creating next generation services businesses, and is an independently funded cluster body for the 'proftech' community in the wider West Midlands. SuperTech has pioneered an early, idea stage incubator type programme leveraging the capabilities of no-code app building to support early-stage founders progress. This programme is to be externally funded. Please note, the contracting authority is publishing a notice on a merely voluntary basis where the Public Contract Regulations do not apply and to serve only as an advertisement of the opportunity. While the contracting authority has decided to advertise on a voluntary basis, this does not represent a commitment to follow one of the official procurement procedures. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
