Tender description

This project involves the renovation of external and internal elements of the House at Frankfort, Dunkerrin, Co. Offaly. The works will include substantial upgrade of the grounds outside including new entrance walls, Tarmacadam for driveway and parking areas which will be kerbed. An accessibility ramp. Dropped kerb finish and dished footpath to allow wheelchair access. New floors, timber effect floor finishes, non-slip finish for En-suites , WC’s, Utility and plant rooms. Install of a Track Hoist system. Re-decoration of existing kitchen. Upon completion the Community Dwelling will house up to 4 No. residents with moderate to high levels of Intellectual Disability from a Congregated Setting within the HSE Disability Service.
