Currently we are working with St Helens Council and CJ Founds Associates, in March 2024, to organise a ‘Pre-market warming’ event. The event will take place on Wednesday 27th March at 2:00pm. This event will be hosted on MS Teams. During the event, businesses in the Tel Comms industry, across St Helens Borough, Liverpool City Region (LCR) and beyond, will be given the chance to explore the upcoming tender opportunity St Helens Council are releasing, in relation to its digital infrastructure ambitions. The Council is looking for a single Supplier who is able to deliver the whole of the services requirements which includes; fibre design, network planning, civils build (duct and chamber), fibre install, marketing, connecting end user customers, network operations and maintenance, and product/services and support. The Council recognises that some Suppliers may chose to work with supply chain partners or, would consider forming consortia arrangements where a Lead Supplier is able to deliver the majority of, but maybe not all of the services required. The Council is keen to hear from these Suppliers and encourages registration to this market briefing. The event will be marketed through a number of industry channels.
