Tender description

Children's Services have Eight O365 mailboxes are being used to manage requests for a range of connected teams and for a wide range of customers, including Devon County Council internal staff, partnership staff and members of the public. Requests range from management information requests, to user administration, support and incident tracking for business-managed software applications, such as Eclipse, Capita ONE, Right 4 Children, iDox and ePEP. This requirement is for a solution to effectively manage demand, track incidents, requests and problems, or plan resourcing across what are in effect small service desks.
