Tender description

Phase 1 is to establish a good understanding based on data and survey of how South Dublin County Council uses their workspace, consider possible options for work arrangements and provide a blueprint for a new reimagined office space to maximise the use of the available office footprint and align the space with the organisational culture and aspirations for the future. It is envisaged that the outcome will include a significant space saving (25-40 percent) and provide a more effective work-place and culture which best supports the new work practices, offers choice, flexibility and fosters desired outcomes for collaboration, innovation, business performance, productivity, culture, work experience and employee wellbeing. Phase 2 is the provision of a phased implementation plan following engagement with Council Management based on the options and available resources.
