Cabhru Housing Association wish to appoint Client Representative Services for 80 Philipsburgh Avenue, Fairview, Dublin 3 including the establishment of a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement. The Client Representative Services to be provided are as follows: • Employers Representative (Lead Consultant) • Employers Agent (Technical) • Employers Agent (Financial) • Fire Safety Design Review • Assigned Certifier Applicants are required to complete the response to the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. In addition, Applicants are requested to submit a tender in accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to Tenderers and the Tender and Schedule for the Project. The Project comprises the development of 42 residential units together with common areas, communal open spaces, ancillary areas, landscaping and ancillary works at 80 Philipsburgh Avenue, Fairview, Dublin 3.
