Tender description

The Employer wishes to have the following work carried out: Removal of existing welfare units, provision of temporary depot and contractor welfare facilities for the duration of the works, design and construction of new modular welfare facilities in accordance with the project brief, connection of all required services and the provision of ancillary works externally to ensure safe access and egress from the new welfare facility. The Works will also include obtaining all necessary planning and building warrant approvals.
