Boston Manor Park Lottery Evaluator for the London Borough of Hounslow

The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a consultant that has experience as an evaluator on Lottery funding projects. In 2018, The London Borough of Hounslow received an award from the National Lottery Heritage Fund for Reconnecting Boston Manor Park. This project focused on upgrading the natural and constructed amenities of the park, and included restoration of the lake, a new café and education centre, and funding for education posts to make Boston Manor Park into a vibrant park that reflects the needs of the community and plays a central role in their everyday lives. The aim of the evaluation is to assess how well the project has delivered on its original intended outcomes for the park, its heritage, people and communities. And to trace the journey of the capital and activity project to assess its relative success in delivery, what went well, what went less well and any lessons to be learnt. We are interested in the evaluation looking at both proving what we have achieved as well as providing lessons on how to improve future work or projects and sustaining. activities and audience development to continue beyond the life of the NLHF funded project.
