Charnwood Borough Council is looking for a supplier to provide mobile AV Equipment which will assist the Democratic Services team to efficiently manage Council meetings in the Victoria Room at Loughborough Town Hall and in addition help with the delivery of other events run by the Town Hall. The overall solution will enhance the experience of both Councillors and members of the public who attend Council meetings and other events at the Town Hall.
