Supply and Delivery of PV Panels and Accessories, Shawlands Crescent, Larkhall

Tender description

The Council’s Housing and Technical Resources, Building Services has a requirement to appoint a suitable supplier for the Supply and Delivery of PV Panels and Accessories, Shawlands Crescent, Larkhall. The Council’s Procurement Service identified a suitable and accessible Framework as follows: Framework: Scotland Excel Framework for the Supply and Delivery of Electrical Materials 0919 Lot 2: Wiring Accessories and Circuit Protection Framework Period: 01 April 2020 – 31 March 2022 extended until 31 March 2024 The Scotland Excel Framework permits Mini Competition to be conducted as part of its selection procedure with suppliers appointed to the relevant Lots within the Framework. The procurement process was based on a call off by Mini Competition from the Scotland Excel Framework for Electrical Materials Framework 0919. The Council's Procurement Service undertook the Mini Competition where suppliers were invited on a Price/Quality basis carrying forward unchanged the technical scores from the original Framework Lot. The following weightings were used to determine the most economically advantageous tender: Quality (Technical) 20% Price (Commercial) 80%.
