STA - Trimble R12/12i Global Navigation Satellite System receivers (x3)

Tender description

Trimble Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) survey equipment, comprising 1x R12i base station receiver unit, 2 x R12 rover receivers, and a long radio aerial. These items complete the upgrade of the York-based team's survey equipment (already operating with updated Trimble TSC7 controllers) bringing it in line, and making it fully inter-operable, with equipment used by team members based in other offices. Product includes installation set-up costs and 3-year technical support package. This equipment is used by Historic England staff to carry out detailed surveys of archaeological monuments and historical buildings supporting the understanding and management of the historic environment.
