Refurbishment of: • C Block to create the Science and Engineering Quarter, to provide spaces for taught programmes in modern engineering courses. The spaces are a refurbishment of a listed building including floors, walls, ceilings, mechanical and electrical services. Some structures are to be removed and the contractor is to employ a suitably qualified structural engineer to design these elements. • Staff hub – to fit out the ground floor to provide working and collaboration spaces for staff working in the mezzanine level
