This pre-tender market engagement initiative has been published to assess levels of market interest with respect to the Road Haulage & Warehousing and Distribution Services. Lot 1: Network Rail has a requirement for the operation of a 24/7 road haulage service to manage the collection, haulage and delivery (including loading and offloading) of materials by road. Network Rail also has the requirement for warehousing management. The purpose of this pre-tender market engagement exercise is to consult with the market to determine the levels of market interest in this requirement.
