This ITT is for the hosting and maintenance of our websites: • www.redmeathub.wales / www.hwbcigcoch.cymru • www.butchersclub.wales / www.clwbcigyddion.cymru • www.welshlambandbeef.com • www.eatwelshlamb.com • www.eatwelshbeef.com • www.porcblasus.wales There are further numerous different domain names that point to these websites that are mainly registered through 123.reg. HCC shall require the successful agency to host our full suite of websites ensuring all sites are kept up to date with system updates and security checks as well as back-ups. Submission should include: • Quote for hosting • Detail of system to be used • Detailed breakdown of maintenance and support services Specific Requirements Domain hosting of all sites Maintenance and support to included but not limited to: • Annual purchase of SSL certificates and implementation • Bug fixing, critical issues, up time and downtime monitoring • Access to a support team when needed • Accessibility testing • Regular system and plugin updates • Backups for all sites • Security Protection • Enhanced firewall • GDPR & Cookie compliance
