Lot 7: Contingency (District Wide) Lot 7 is a contingency Lot; unless requested otherwise, all suppliers that are accepted onto the DPS will be added to the Contingency Lot. Where there is work that is particularly time-sensitive or outside of the geographical boundaries of Lots 1 – 6, it will be offered under the Contingency Lot to all suppliers via mini-competition.
