Nightingale Block E

Tender description

To enable the whole footprint required to build Block E to be released a small number of redundant homes, plus some shops and community buildings had to be demolished. During the demolition work it was discovered that a number of the lamp columns on Olympus Green were fed from an electricity supply within the development site. A temporary solution was developed at the time. Work to enable the construction of Block E is now being planned and the appointed contractor, Mulalley, has advised that the electricity supply must be relocated outside the development site.
