Tenders for Lot 1 will be evaluated first and the apparently successful tender for Lot 1 will be identified (“Lot 1 Preferred Tender”). If the Tenderer that submitted the Lot 1 Preferred Tender has also submitted a tender for Lot 2, that Tenderer’s tender for Lot 2 will be removed from the evaluation of the Lot 2 Tenders. Please refer to the 'Note to Tenderers - Criteria for Lots' for more information.
