Tender description

The works involve the medium deep retro-fit of the Burrin Building in SETU Carlow. The proposed works include an upgrade of the building fabric, notably the Roof, replacement of the heating system and lighting system. The fabric upgrades will improve the passive thermal performance of the building by improving elemental and overall u-values. The services upgrade will reduce the overall energy consumption of the building making them compliant with current regulations.
