Meath Co Co MH-CS-24-01 Commercial Cleaning of Corporate Buildings in Co Meath

Meath County Council would like to invite tenders for the provision of cleaning services a number of corporate buildings across Co Meath including the Corporate Headquarters in Buvinda House, Navan, Co Meath. Meath County Council would like to provide a clean and safe environment for council staff, elected member and members of the public using our facilities. We expect the following: • A high standard service carried out by a fully trained and competent workforce; • The use of up-to-date industry standard equipment which is fit for purpose; • Contract Management: Quarterly Communication from a named Supervisor / Manager of the awarded cleaning contractor, with the facility manager or nominated other to discuss the quality of the service provided and to ensure that the required cleaning standards are being reached. These communications must involve at least one site visit to the corporate headquarters in Buvinda House, Navan, Co Meath at least once quarterly by the Supervisor / Manager of the awarded cleaning contractor. Please note, prior notice and agreement of this date should be confirmed with the facilities manager. Communications should also involve the inclusion of a Report from the awarded cleaning contractor. Also, a record of cleaning should be maintained to record the date and time of cleaning, rooms cleaned, etc.
