The purpose of these contracts are to provide the following services for Halton Borough Council owned and managed buildings within the borough: • Planned preventative maintenance • Reactive breakdown • Repair and replacement services • New Works Contracts: • Lot 1 – Mechanical • Lot 2 – Electrical • Lot 3 – Building Please note: Tenderers are only able to bid for one lot. All bidders must complete the Term Contracts Suitability Questionnaire (SQ) in order to be considered. All bidders must complete the MTC Quality Questions document in order to be considered. There are three zip files in the documents section for this tender – one for each lot. Please read all of the documents in the zip file for the lot you are bidding for. Please complete the ITT document, the pricing spreadsheet and the DBS Declaration Form for the lot you are bidding for.
