The Works consist of a number of areas of work they are as follows. Fabric upgrade, including the replacement of approximately 132 windows and 11 No. external doors and the installation of an external insulation and render system over the external walls. Included in the window replacement is the creation of a number of boxed out feature windows. Other external works associated with these works such as the alternation to drainage , footpaths and parking are also included. Internal M and E works including ventilation and water heating elements. The addition of a small extension C. 10sqm and the reconfiguration of the main entrance to the building and associated works. The construction of a new boundary wall, fence and entrance gates and associated works The landscaping with associated paths, hard landscaping and street furniture.
