The equipment must be suitable for deployment in high-traffic areas, including pedestrian permeable solutions. The supplier must also provide storage and deployment options. The rental period for the equipment will vary depending on the individual event needs, and suppliers must be able to provide flexible rental terms to accommodate these varying requirements.
