Service Lead - Chris dawson - operations This is likely to be a rolling contract with no end date, a waiver has been created, copy attached, and awaiting full approval but in anticipation PO was raised and issued 6th March 24 In preparation of the EOC restructure, there is the need to procure additional Control Room Operating Positions (CROPS) to accommodate the changes to the allocation of dispatch staff managing frontline resources. The CROPS are fundamental to the Dispatch department and their ability to communicate with frontline crews and other emergency services. Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) funding covers the numbers which were included in the Trust baseline documents returned to ARP in 2018 and officially agreed by the Digital Leaders (previously known as Information Management and Technical Leaders - IMT Leaders). As this is a centrally provided solution and managed service to all Ambulance Services across the UK, any additional CROPS that are required above the baseline previously agreed and signed off by NEAS and the DHSC, can only be procured through the ARP team and the DHSC.
