Construction of the New Light of Findhorn Sanctuary building

Tender description

This is a tender for the construction of the Light of Findhorn Sanctuary. A single story timber constructed building, also using natural roundwood timber construction. The Sanctuary will have a footprint of circa 150 squared meters, of which circa 30sqm are an outdoor canopied balcony decked area. The building will be a community building and community volunteers are expected to participate to parts of the project. This will be a swingle stage tender for the construction only (Pre construction Design and Engineering already commissioned) for the construction of the Light of Findhorn Sanctuary. The new water line, sewage line and soakaway have been installed in a preparatory phase of the project.
