Cemetery mapping

Tender description

1. Create images of burial records and ancillary records 2. Provide CC with a copy of all images and indexes it creates for internal use 3. Survey and map each of the 29 cemeteries listed (including an update of Penzance) and deliver the completed maps in AGIL's Burial Ground Management System (BGMS). 4. Digitise the CC grave plans and create digital grave plots from the digitised plans for each of the 29 cemeteries where plans have been provided. 5. Import the interment records currently held in Epilog and match to the mapped locations in the BGMS 6. Initially photograph sufficient headstones to facilitate referencing of the digitised grave plans (any remaining will be photographed later) 7. Provide a link to Epilog via an API. CC to cover any costs of development or changes to Epilog.
