Tender description
This contract has been awarded as a direct call-off under RM6288 Workforce Solutions, in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The framework agreement permits contracts to be awarded without re-opening competition where Government Commercial Agency (GCA) has undertaken a full and compliant competitive procurement process for the provision of contractor labour services under framework RM6288 Workforce Solutions Lot 1: Neutral vendor for the recruitment of contingent labour. An MSP model, the supplier will manage contractor labour requirements, oversee the end-to-end recruitment supply chain. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment supply chain, including sourcing coordination, supply chain management, compliance, onboarding, and workforce reporting.
