Medway Council is seeking to commission for the provision of Medway Grid for Learning across the Medway catchment area utilising a single lead provider model. The Council's approach is to commission a single Lead Provider to offer the services in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the service specification. The requirement is fully detailed in the Service Specification and in conjunction with the ICT minimum requirement - appendix A which is attached to the competition documentation.
