A call-off from Lot B9 of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). Support is required to review the air quality assessment work provided as part of the Environmental Statement supporting a planning application. In addition, the consultant is to provide a review and comment on consultation responses received in response to the Air Quality Assessment from the Eastleigh Borough Council's Environmental Health Officer, UK Health Security Agency and the Hamble Peninsular Residents Group (a local resident action group). This call-off was directly awarded in accordance with the terms of the Framework Agreement
