North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England – Yorkshire and the Humber (the Contracting Authority), who are proposing to commission the following services: • Child and Adolescent Mental Health, including Neurodisability care and intervention; and • Physical Healthcare and intervention (including Dental, Oral Health and Orthodontic Services), and Substance Misuse care and intervention. All services will be delivered from HMYOI Wetherby (North Leeds) and Adel Beck (North Leeds) and Aldine House (Sheffield) Secure Children's Homes, with the exception of Dental, Oral Health and Orthodontic Services which are only required to be delivered from HMYOI Wetherby.
