Maintenance of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

Tender description

The University purchased Scanning Electron Microscope Thermo Quattro S in May 2021 and are looking for a service provider to undertake the annual service on this machine. The service company must provide a 4-hour targeted telephone support, 48-hour targeted onsite labour response, unlimited labour hours (including travel time and expenses), all necessary spare parts (including all accessories listed on the contract), replacement FEG tip (for applicable products), one preventive maintenance visit (per year) and software updates The service company must be a supplier approved maintenance provider and only manufacture specific replacements parts to be used. If you are able to meet these requirements please submit a proposal on how you will provide the service and an annual quote.
