Tender description

SCTS require remote support for queries/issues relating to the LAN equipment at the various SCTS sites throughout Scotland. On top of the servicing of existing equipment, a replacement service must also be included within this provision. The replacement service will cover hardware which is either complicated, rare to find or which is located a long distance away geographically. The engineers servicing the equipment will also be expected to reprogram and configure the equipment to bring it into working order.
