Gutter Cleaning Works

Tender description

Cleaning out of gutters and highlight repairs that may be required to the gutters and downpipes to the client. Any repair works identified will then be instructed into the contract. Gutter cleaning works to Drumchapel Housing Co-Operative properties. There is a mix of houses and flats. Please refer to the address list within the tender documents. There will also be a requirement for the service provider to record any repairs that may be required to the gutters and downpipes. The contract is for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (1 + 1). Years 4 and 5 are dependent on performance. Please note that the tenderer is required to provide rates for Year 4 and 5 work. This will be reviewed at the end of Year 3 and at the end of Year 4. Year 1 - works to be completed by 31st March 2024 Year 2 - works to be completed by 31st March 2025 Year 3 - works to be completed by 31st March 2026 Year 4 - if awarded, to be completed by 31st March 2027 Year 5 - if awarded, to be completed by 31st March 2028
