GB-North West: Air Handling Units and Gas Fired HWS Replacement and Associated Works at IWM North

Tender description

The Contactor is to undertake the replacement of existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Gas fired Hot Water Services (HWS) with new including all associated works. Nine new AHUs have been ordered by IWM North and will be delivered on site to be issued to the Contractor. The Contractor is to supply all other equipment and materials. The Contractor is to provide all things necessary in order to complete the work including but not limited to all temporary access equipment, health and safety, waste disposal and associated builders works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
