Tender description

This work is a survey of our newer fire doors on the York Way, Holloway and Middlesex Street Estates (Petticoat Tower only). The fire doors are recent additions to the housing stock to improve the integrity of the fire compartmentation and therefore fire safety for homes on City of London Estates. As a landlord, the City is obligated to complete regular fire door inspections.
