Tender description

Thirteen Housing Group requires the provision of a catering service for 4 extra care housing schemes within the Tees Valley area and 1 in North Yorkshire. Lot 1: Thirteen Housing Group (THG) requires the provision of a catering service for 4 extra care housing schemes within the Tees Valley area and 1 in North Yorkshire. The core requirement will be to provide freshly cooked two course lunchtime meals to residents seven days a week, at 3 schemes. The successful contractor will also provide food to staff, visitors and members of the public at these sites. There are a further two sites which will each operate as a stand alone business and the successful contractor will be required to provide food to tenants, staff, visitors, meetings and customers from the wider community and will be expected to develop this commercial aspect of the business.
