CWF Lot 1B - Sands Centre, Carlisle – Roof Replacement

Tender description

• The project involves the replacement of the Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) roof at the Sands Centre, together with relevant associated and consequential works (fire alarm, lighting and ventilation). • The RAAC is installed in the roof above the auditorium and initial design work has already taken place, as the attached drawings. • The successful contractor will be appointed on a Design & Build basis to work up the design and undertaken the construction works. • Day Cummins will act as Technical Advisor and Contractor Administrator for the Council.
