Tender description
The City of Liverpool College are going out to tender for a capital project to review the efficiency of its BMS system and to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements (5 months maximum) . This opportunity also includes a 2nd lot for the ongoing planned and reactive maintenance of the BMS system. This 2nd lot is for an initial 2-year period (commencing 1st August 2023) with the option to extend for up to two further years with one year increments. The documents for this tender are ready to be downloaded and the closing date for the return of your tenders via the College`s In-Tend website is 12 noon on 15th February 2023
