Provision of Study Services to Net Zero Technology Centre Limited - Energy Hub Project, Offshore Energy Hubs Scope 15 This Study aims to review the options and requirements for a potential offshore energy hub. The objective of Scope 15 is to undertake research and assessment of the systematic, technological, and economic challenges associated with the concept of an offshore energy hub with the goal of, at a high level, answering the questions “what would make an offshore energy hub an effective investment?”, “what are the key technological challenges to overcome”? and “what are the major potential benefits such a system might achieve”?.
