Ice Cream Van Concession for Rother Valley Country & Clifton Parks

Tender description

The contract at Clifton Park will be for one outlet (ice cream van) trading in a predetermined position within Clifton Park for up to 363 days (364 days in leap years) excluding the weekend of Rotherham Show. The contract at Rother Valley Country Park is for 2 outlets and up to 3 outlets (vans) for event days and good weather trading at no less than three predetermined locations within the park for up to 364 days per year, during predetermined park opening hours. (The Park is Closed Christmas Day). The Ice Cream Vans will need to leave the park at least 15 minutes before closure time. In 2023 and 2024 a new café is being built and the car parking areas developed and landscaping work undertaken at Rother Valley Country Park and locations of the vans may change due to these developments throughout this period of work. Both contracts are for the sale of ice creams (either soft serve or pre frozen) and other frozen confectionary and cold drinks . It does not allow for hot drinks or other food items. Lot 66054: Lot 1 - Ice Cream Van Concession for Rother Valley Country Park Lot 1 is for the provision of an Ice Cream van at Rother Valley Country Park.All lots will be scored using the methodology outlined within the RFQ documents. Bidders can submit a response for 1 or all lots. Lot 66407: Lot 2 - Ice Cream Van Concession for Clifton Park Lot 2 is for the provision of an Ice Cream van at Clifton Park.All lots will be scored using the methodology laid out in the RFQ document. Bidders can submit a response for one or all lots. Lot 66408: Lot 3 - Ice Cream Van Concession for Rother Valley Country & Clifton Parks Lot 3 is for the provision of Ice Cream vans at both Rother Valley and Clifton Parks.All lots will be scored using the methodology laid out in the RFQ documents. Bidders can submit a bid for one or all lots.
