Tender description

We seek the provision of a six bed supported housing service (Lowri House) for single homeless adults who are medically fit to be discharged from hospital, but who are unable to be discharged because of a housing need, or those who are homeless and need emergency accommodation to avoid a hospital admission within 72 hours. The service provides supported housing for up to 6 weeks, whilst guests are supported to access suitable housing and welfare services in the community.
