Tender description

Waterways Ireland proposes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of legal services to support the Human Resources Section. The legal services required are in relation to employees in Northern Ireland (NI) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI). Waterways Ireland therefore invites applications from suitably qualified practising firms of solicitors who wish to be considered for selection for the provision of legal services to Waterways Ireland, on a non-exclusive basis, and who can provide a holistic employment law advice and representative service within and across the island of Ireland. Waterways Ireland wish to deal with only one primary point of contact for services provided under the framework agreement. Where the successful service provider proposes a consortium or similar grouping of service providers, they must provide one point of contact for initial instruction.
