The project involves the partial upgrade of the electrical services installation throughout all areas of the original school building. A detailed breakdown of the entire works is as follows: • Disconnecting, stripping out and disposing of existing obsolete electrical equipment, fittings, and cabling. • New LV Switchgear • New Cable Management System • New General Services • New General and Emergency Lighting • New External Lighting • New Telecommunications Infrastructure • New Intruder Alarm System • New Fire Alarm Services • New Door Intercom System • New Door Access Control System • All Civil and Builders Works associated with full extent of works • Decorating and making good damage to building fabric caused during works • Carrying out a deep clean of the school on completion.
