Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the design and construction of a new school extension, kitchen refurbishment and associated work at South Marston CofE Primary School Project Description This project is for the design and construction of a new school extension, kitchen refurbishment and associated work at South Marston CofE Primary School. The full specification can be found within the appendices to the Invitation to Tender. The initial contract term will be for 15 months as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £4.5m and £5.0m across the 15 months contract term. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 3rd April 2023, 1400 hrs UK Local time. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
