Tender description

To undertake appraisal of the current RBGE ‘Core IT Business Application’ to identify digital approach which provides an integrated solution of one or many products which for fill the operational requirement of each business area of RBGE. RBGE is entering a period of digital transformation and would like to appoint an expert, with the appropriate experience in visitor attraction or with cultural institutions, to help us with the following brief and deliverables: Meet with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop/review customer journeys (estimated 5-7 sessions either by team or by function). Develop a Systems Requirements Specification to meet the needs of all customer journeys (including business process analysis) for multi-platform integration around CRM Finance HR Undertake detail audit of current Core IT Business application. With a view for a retention or replacement of existing products. Consultation meetings with CRM – Development meeting 3+ Sessions Finance / HR – 2+ Sessions Advise on suppliers/marketplace and best approach, with consideration of potential future trends.
