B843 - Caerau Energy Efficiency Project Resident Liaison Service

Tender description

BCBC has a requirement for Resident Liaison Services for a project to address issues created through the CESP and Arbed energy efficiency schemes delivered in 2013 in Caerau. The objective of the project is to remove faulty internal and external wall insulation from affected properties, dry out the wall space, install all-new, high-quality insulation, and restore the same energy efficient benefits that were originally promised to householders. The purpose of this commission is to provide Resident Liaison Services to the Caerau Energy Efficiency Project. The provider will be responsible for providing personnel who will act as the representative/s of the project to the residents of Caerau, enabling efficient communication between the residents and the project team and ensuring the accessibility of a contact, for the duration of the project.
