Tender description

The scope of work within each of 6 different rooms requires hacking-off damaged plaster to walls and ceilings and making good, replacing suspended ceilings, replacing floorcoverings, installing vents to walls, removal and reinstatement of radiators / wall fixtures, replacement of electrical fittings and redecoration of the rooms.
